Idler not going to correct spot on load/unload
Using 3.11 with soluble full profile. PLA in MMU2S slot 1, PVA in MMU2S slot 5.
Print starts just fine and puts down the PVA first. Then PLA loads properly and 2 layers are put down by the printer. However, when the MMU2S goes to reload the PVA, it is unsuccessful. When you look in the MMU2s, the bearing on the MMU2s idler is out of position - it's not positioned to press against the filament during the load, so the pulley just spins without grabbing the filament.
Is this a known problem with this firmware? I can't get it to work properly.
RE: Idler not going to correct spot on load/unload
Is this an example of where the idler set screw configuration is letting it slip and not turning it to the right position? I ended up re-printing my idler in poly carbonate and using one of the modifications with a bigger nut to get it the selector to work right.
