Help needed about MMU2S unit (VIDEO)
Hello , after cleaning and maintaining my Prusa MK3s printer i began having a issue with the MMU2S that it wont function normal and doesn't display any error lights as is shown on the Prusa official web guide. I gave it a factory and firmware reset , and inspected and cleaned all the cable connectors including the filament IR sensor.
Any suggestions what should i do to fix the issue ?

Check the idler screws if they are screwed too tight the idler cannot move looks like that maybe the problem if not check if anything inside it's not blocking the movement
