Flash Failed MMU2 Control device could not have been found

Flashing Original Prusa MMU 2.0 Control, looking for VID/PID 0x2c99/3 or 0x2c99/4 ...
Found VID/PID 0x2c99/4 at `COM9`, rebooting the device ...
Original Prusa MMU 2.0 Control device not found after reboot
The Original Prusa MMU 2.0 Control device could not have been found

I have tried different cables and USB ports and no matter what I do it fails.

Prusa Slier 2.0 and mmuboard 1.0.5.hex

Thoughts?

Anyone? Prusa is not responding to multiple emails.

We did an upgrade to a 2.5s last year and all was fine. I did the Original Prusa i3 MK2.5S/MK3S Multi Material 2S upgrade kit (MMU2S)  as advised by Prusa. I flashed the 2.5S firmware. Should I have used the 3S firmware?

Prusa is sending me a new MMU board. I was able to get them on live chat.
