Filament Loads, won't start print
I'm trying to run a single material print, but the MMU2s keeps loading and unloading the filament. Every time it loads/unloads, the extruder is able to properly grab and release the filament.
I have checked both the filament sensors and re-calibrated them as per the manual (the one at the extruder idler and the sensor at the filament selector) with no change in behavior. After some testing, it appears to be happening at the gcode command "Tc".
How do I fix this issue?

To clarify, I have also re-flashed the firmware and checked the filament path. Any clue why it keeps retracting the filament?
