Filament gets caught in bondtech gears

I have had this issue many times recently. For whatever reason, the filament will load without issue and even print for an hour or two. After that, I can hear a clicking noise that sounds like the filament jamming in the gears. Even if I pause the print and fix the problem, it will still fail to unload the filament at the end of the print. I have been using the MMU2S for 2 months now and no matter what tension I use on the gears this problem still arises.

Best Answer by gotham223:

For future reference, I tightended the bondtech gears so that the screw stuck out about 1/2 cm from the nut. At first I believed this would be way too tight but I haven't had another problem since.

I have seen this post a few times on the MMU.  I am not sure that I have seen a solution.
