Extruder motor is rotating in opposite direction after connecting to MMU2S
Hello,
I have connected MMU2S to MK3 printer. Flashed MMU2S with "prusa3d_fw_MMU2board_1_0_6.hex".
Problem:
Extruder is not able to print, found that stepper motor is rotating in opposite direction.
Could someone help me with fixing this issue.

Have you checked your wiring? The commonest cause of this is the motor is connected the wrong way around.

Yea, i was able to fix this by reflashing the firmware. However, the filament in not able to load to extruder. Looks like it MMU2S need more force to push the filament in. How can i fix this?

This should help. Essentially, swap the two wires of either "phase" of the motor and it will turn in the opposite direction. The video will show you how to determine which wires go to which phase.
