Eliminate Color Change Between Purge Line and Layer 1
I am currently messing around with manual filament changes by setting a layer change in the software. My problem is that the software sets color 1 for the Purge line, then sets Color 2 for the first layer. So what happens is I load the filament, it purges, then immediately goes for a color change to do layer 1. I believe the source of the problem is that is prusa slicer your first color starts at layer .2 (assume .2mm layer height), so anything before that (the purge line), the software gives a separate color to.
Is there a setting I am not aware of that I can make the purge line the same color as layer 1? Since I am in single extruder mode the custom tool change G-Code is greyed out for me.

The only solution I could find was to manually delete the first colour change from the resultant GCode post slicing.
