Change color of interface layer

Hello, I am trying to print an object that is blue but has a white section on it with supports underneath. I finally set up the right purge length so the blue doesn't mix with the white. However, when it is printing some sections of the interface layer, it does so with the blue as it was the last used filament. This makes post-processing annoying due to little tiny bits of blue being stuck to the white section. I have tried assigning the white extruder as the interface layer, but it then warns me that it will disable the wipe tower due to it not supporting soluble filaments. I want to have the wipe tower enabled and be able to specify the color of the interface layers since I am not using any soluble filaments. How can I achieve this?

Try: Print Settings tab, then Multiple Extruders and set "Support material/raft/skirt extruder" to something else than zero.
