Z-Offset less stables since MMU?
This is one of those things that's a little hard to quantify, but I could swear that I spend more time adjusting the z-offset since I got my MMU2.
At first I thought this was due to starting the first layer with different material without actually physically doing anything - if blue was fatter than white, a 10-15 micron adjustment would fix that.
But somehow, even with the same exact g-code on two consecutive prints.... I just seem to never get the first layer right just because the previous print was. Some of that may be due to the nozzle pressure not being fully equalized from material changes... but I don't buy it.

Yes, for the first 2 to 3 weeks, then it settled down and I haven't changed anything since.
Don't know what it is, but I had exactly the same with MMU1, with varying first layer adhesion.
I have a feeling that it's not the upgrade causing this, just some adjustments that would have been required anyway.

Re: Z-Offset less stables since MMU?
It does feel like a problem that will go away. I've got a PET which keeps giving me terrible extrusion on the beginning of any layer. It does the purge block just fine, but when it gets to my object it spits out air for the first few lines - making my bottom surfaces holey.
Under Printer/Extruder(n)/Retraction when tool is disabled, I changed the "length" from 3mm to 0/disabled. My next print looked ok, but I also changed material because it was for a customer and I had to make it just work.
