there are sections for the Mk3, Mk3S and Mk3S+ extruder changes,  in Almost all other aspects the MMU2 is the same...  (the MMU2 had Lever actuated Filament Buffers in open air on the individual spool holders, the MMU2S has Enclosed Filament Buffer chambers in a large assembly)

So there is no updated assembly instructions for the latest printer with the latest MMU? When will there be an update as it seems odd to be selling a kit without instructions how to install it and set it up to the current printers available. Do we just piece multiple instruction manuals together? If so can you please provide direct links for my printer and MMU assembly, set up, firmware, and calibration instructions? The link you provide above is a general link to an area and I spent hours before and now hours after your suggestion above and still unable to determine the above information needed from my purchase.

I am not sure what you are expecting. 

the MMU2S is a device that can be used with various printer versions. 
Prusa endeavour to provide information for all users. 
which is where I directed you. 

I am Dyslexic and have difficulty with written communications. 
to help you I have blocked out the bits from the Index to the MMU2s Upgrade section that relate to my printers specifically and left the portions that I believe relate to your printer and MMU2S
