Yes, I know the FINDA probe can detect filament.

Yes, I know one can switch on a function to enable material/color change to the next spool when the one being used is empty.

But how about if I just want to stay in the SAME color without moving the selector to the next spool down the road?

The hardware is there, I just can't find the function I need.

Am I missing something?

You mean just have it pause the print until you load a new filament?

Yes, that's there. It's the default behavior if you don't turn on the feature to automatically load the next filament.

Thanks peter. Yes, that's what I meant.

Hmm... last time I checked, the printer did not pause and asked me to load new filament.

My laser filament sensor was broken. But as far as I know, it is disabled by the MMU anyway.

Anything else should I check ?
