Sheep Edition?
Hi All,
I received my MMU2 yesterday from DHL. Yay!
I haven't assembled yet, but was curious to see the mainboard. Stamped on it was a picture of a sheep, with "Sheep Edition" written under it.
Is everybody's board like this? Is the edition nothing more than the Sheep and "Sheep Edition" printed on the mainboard? Or is mine a revision of the original board that's now being distributed?

Yep, that's printed on every board. My friend and I saw that when we unboxed our MMU 2.0 and thought to ourselves that Prusa was probably having a good laugh thinking that their fanbase are sheep who will buy anything that they release. That's probably not the case, and we're overthinking it, but I'd like to know the reason behind it.

There is a very good reason for this. The designer's avatar is a sheep.
And during beta-testing (of both MMU1 and 2), sheep prints were prevalent. Even the build manuals had a sheep in many of the photos. 🙂
