Sensor Issues

I am getting frustrated with the sensors on my MKS3+ & MMU2S; when I am under the support tab both the fsensor and finda sensor work properly (1 when inserted, 0 when not). But I can only get two of my filaments to even load, one is new and the other has been around for awhile. When the others try to load in they dont make it past the bondtech gears, as their tips look the same, I know they aren't hitting the heat block. I can see the idler door work properly when I am testing it but it doesn't seem to do anything with the filament. When I am testing it doesn't seem abnormally hard to insert, I've check the tension screw, hinge screw, chimney lid screw, I'm not sure what to do?? Could this be related to the pinda? Mine is technically not calibrated 100% correctly but is useable with a Z adjustment in a first layer calibration. I recently modified my extruder to use MMU3 pieces here: https://www.printables.com/model/531604-mmu3-printable-parts/files which allowed me to even get my fsensor to register correctly in the first place, but now it doesnt seem like it is doing any good. It has printed with the two colors that will load (completing 5 tool changes) since I changed this but then seems to forget how to load, but then I take of the tube to check the sensor and it registers correctly still. please help.

RE: Sensor Issues

Could this have something to do with the angle in which the filament enters the bondtech gears? I would assume it would be forced straight but after checking their alignment I noticed the filament I was using was curved and only passed them sometimes. If this is the case what is the solution? Are my spools in the wrong location?
