Nozzle & Layer profiles for Slic3r

Slic3r comes with a bunch of profiles for the Mk3 (all I have so far) to print with different nozzle sizes and layer heights, but when I switch over to the MMU profiles it has far less options.

Is there something about the MMU that will prevent me from being able to use my .25 and .6 nozzles and all the layer heights I'm accustom to with the plain Mk3 or is it simply that Prusa hasn't supplied the profiles?

If it's the later, has someone else already worked them out and made them available somewhere?

MMU tips and troubleshooting

There's nothing in particular that will keep you from using the MMU with different layers and nozzles. The main difference between MMU and non-MMU profiles is the multimaterial settings and start/finish gcode, so it shouldn't be too hard to roll your own.

There is some chance that using a different nozzle will make it harder to get a clean tip on your filament. But you can give it a go and see what happens. The MMU2S should be more forgiving of bad tips (knock on wood).
