Nozzle Collision during Grid Infill?!

So I just had to abort a Print because the Nozzle kept whacking against the Grid Infill I gave the print thus making a HUGE racket.

Like with every large print so far I was having major issues with bed adhesion along the perimeter when I managed to get it working on the final one after adjusting the Flow from 95 to 100 ( Is this supposed to be happening when the Prusa Extrusion Multiplier is set to 1.0? I assume they're the same? ) and raising the Bed Temperature from 60°C to 65°C

The first three Layers were Bottom Layers ( technically the Top of my Model because of the Powdercoated Texture I want to be visible ) were 0.20mm 2x Perimeter ones followed by the remaining 1.4mm of 15% Grid Infill with two Top layers ( technically the Bottom Layer of my Model ) for a total of 2mm.

Like I said, during the initial stages ( on the Machine ) I upped the Flow from 95 to 100 and everything was working fine including the first stage of the first Grid Infill Layer where while it was doing ↔ everything was working as intended but when it went ↕ the tip started hitting the previously created ↔ lines. Same for the next two Layers I let it do... ↔ was Fine while ↕ kept making a racket so I aborted it.

I usually keep using Honeycomb Infill but I assume this isn't supposed to happen anyway?

Try slowing down infill speeds. The Prusa default of 200mm/s is overly optimistic. If layers don't adhere well and can lift slightly, leading to that dragging. The dragging in turn can lift more filament.

Prove this to yourself. Next time this happens, dial speeds back using the front knob to 50%. I think you'll see the dragging drops.

Over-extrusion can certainly contribute to the problem. I'd calibrate your extrusion multiplier for the filament before doing anything else.
