I'd like to know this too. It was very quietly announced on 12th march that they'd stop production of older MMU variants via a single facebook post (not everybody uses facebook), also saying "we’ll only have individual parts available and a parts list". It's been a month and no other word and sight of this parts list. Been no further announcement and no part lists since.

I've been thinking of upgrading from my MK3S + MMU2S to a new MK4S kit. I'd want to carry across the MMU, so upgrade it from MMU2S to a MMU3, but have no clue how to do that now. So basically I'm seriously reconsidering even getting the MK4S atm.

Must of the hardware from MMU2S is re used
exceptions being power and data cables
mmu3 has a power distribution board new power and data combined cables, new PTFE Clips for the rear of the MMU3 and the Buffer connections, 
the Buffer has longer cassettes to allow for longer rewind values, 
the Filament cutter is now bi directional two cutter blades, Finda  now has a magnet to improve response when filament exits the reverse bowden section, 
the PTFE tubes are now 4mmx3mm, to reduce friction

annnd,,, the plastics are different to the MMU2S plastics

Is this parts list correct?

The screws, the cutter and maybe the magnets are not a big problem that they are missing, but the motor coppler, I think is a problem. 

Can you tell me whether this part come to your shop? 

When not is it possible, to get more details about this part. size length and so on, so I could try to find it elsewhere

This filament sensor may help with the magnet and ball bearing.

the filament cutter blades are off a modelling  knife, something like this.
eBay item number:365428863792, as you already have an mmu2, you may have a second blade in the spares pack. 

If you measure the blades, you can probably match them to a cheap snap off blade knife at the dollar store/ pound shop or DIY Store.

If you are re using an MMU2 unit, the square nuts may be difficult to get out
eBay item number:387761000870  choose M3 THIN Square nuts

the motor coupler is more difficult. 
Have a look on thingiverse and printables, I am sure I have seen a printable version (Or re use the MMU2 version)

I found it a bit confusing. Good luck with this, I'm still deciding/researching how to get there.
