Is the MMU2 just a really expensive filament weight?
After several weeks of time futzing with the MMU2, I still can't get it to even load filament. The slicing blade rips itself out regularly and is nearly impossible to properly service due to the overly complicated design of this unit. Because I tried to be a good DIY'r (and have a day job) and really work the kinks out, it's not even returnable because of the asinine 14 day return window.
Literally mine is junk which I'm now ripping out of my printer. I loved Prusa for the Mk3 but after the MMU & the anti-consumer return policy, I will not give any more money to Prusa.

Sorry to hear that. But if you can't even load a filament it's clearly not assembled correct.
If you're willing to work on it and need help, you can start to explain your first issue in detail and we can try to help you step by step. Otherwise you can also sell your MMU unit. There is still a big demand and you shouldn't loose too much money.

Anti consumer return policy? They have a 60 day return policy. I initiated a return after 58 days and they sent me a shipping label and told me to box it up and send it back for a refund. It was super easy.
