HIPS as soluble material

I just recently picked up my MMU2s, and was looking into soluble support materials.  it seems that there's a lot of concerns over water soluble materials and it's ability to stand up to a humid environment over time.  Seems like HIPS would be the preferred option, considering it's ability to be disolved in limonene.  Does anyone have any experience with this?  Should I be concerned about the differences in printing temperatures and how that's going to affect my build?
