Filament buffer loading
Is there a trick to loading this I'm not aware of? I just finished installing the MMU2S upgrade and I am having a lot of difficulty loading the filament through the buffer from one tube to the other. It's too narrow and my filament keeps bending in the wrong directions.

I had the same problem. I don't know if it's the best way but what I do is to let the filament just start to come out in the wrong direction then I grab and hold that part with the hand that's not doing the pushing. At that point I continue to push the filament through without letting that "wrong" part move. At some point it will start coming out either in the right place or somewhere closer to the right place. If it's the right place, I grab it where it's coming out and pull out all the slack and thread the end through the tube. If it's closer, but still not right, I grab and hold that part and push some more.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that has to load it that way. I thought maybe I was missing something (like wrong angle of entry on the input tubes or something). After seeing this post I noticed a related post where @jim-l5 posted a design he made on Thingiverse to help with guiding it. What I'd really like to find is a way to feed it through the tube easier once I do get it in there. There doesn't seem to be enough space for my hands to get any good momentum going when feeding it to the MMU.

First I printed out the follow https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3545935. This MMU2S Buffer-M10x1-PTFE_Extension makes it easier to load into the tubes.
Also, use a single wooden chopstick (reversed) that is the perfect size to push the filament to the correct position.

In conjunction with the mod mentioned in the previous post, this makes it pretty easy to guide the filament to the right place.

I found the fingering space too tight also so I created buffer-plates with a slightly larger opening. https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/3201-filament-buffer-plate-enhanced-and-printable . I had to shrink the plate size so it would print on the MK3 but as far as I can tell the smaller size doesn't cause any problems. The extra fingering room really makes a difference.
