Cannot flash MMU firmware
Trying to flash 0.9.0 onto the MMU and Slic3rPE says "flashing failed: the device could not have been found". My computer found the device and shows it in Device Manager properly as COM5. Any ideas on what to do next?
Re: Cannot flash MMU firmware
Hi Jody,
I had the same problem with Slic3rPE on Linux, I found the solution here https://github.com/prusa3d/MM-control-01/blob/master/README.md , perhaps it can help even if you are a Windows user.

Re: Cannot flash MMU firmware
It's easy in Windows. Modifying and flashing with Arduino IDE is easy in Windows. But the easiest choice is now available:
New mmu2 firmware with precompiled hex
https://github.com/prusa3d/MM-control-01/releases/tag/v1.0.1
Just download and and use slic3r to update.....

Re: Cannot flash MMU firmware
You are connected to the MMU via USB right, not just the printer?
Re: Cannot flash MMU firmware
Yes only connect the MMU to your PC.

Re: Cannot flash MMU firmware
Yes, I was only hooked directly to the MMU from my PC. It ended up being a USB port thing. I moved it to another port on my PC and it worked.
