Unable to print BVOH supports

It seems BVOH is too fragille. Pulley brakes it during loading into the yellow tube. Even when I force it manuallz into extruder kit brakes during unloading in the filament guide...

Anyone luck with BVOH supports??

Re: Unable to print BVOH supports

I am printing out of a humidity controlled box. I usually have below 10% humidity. I just printed a few parts until now but my main problem is stringy tips and not breaking filament. However I lowered the printing temp to 195 and I am using a combination of those two spoolholder extensions -> https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3113520 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3094325/comments . So I have lower friction than the standard spoolholders.

Thanks for tips. I used the improved roller and the festo holder. And I loosen the two screws holding together indler and pulley bodies. Now it seems to work.
