Stringing

Im getting some extreme stringing on my prints while running the printer on a single filament. Does anyone have a good s3d profile for the printer post MMU 'upgrade'

Re: Stringing

As far as I know, there isn't a official s3d MMU profil. I once got a testversion, but that doesn't seem to work as expected. You could ask the support for the testversion.

But I think that won't fix your problem. Every filament has different properties, so if you don't have the exactly same filament, you won't get a better result.
Those article should help you:

https://www.simplify3d.com/support/print-quality-troubleshooting/#stringing-or-oozing

My experience are, the most stringing problem are because a too hot extruder, lower it 5-10 degree, and you get a better result
Also slic3r has a retraction setting:
https://manual.slic3r.org/expert-mode/fighting-ooze

hope that help.
