Single filament print problems after MMU2S upgrade to MK3S

Hello fellow masochists,

After ugrading my working MK3S to the MMU2S, I printed 3DBenchy using the same gcode and reel of grey Prusament PLA that came with my MK3S.

Unfortunately, this is the result (post MMU2S vs plain MK3S):

Ideas on what is likely to cause this?

It could be under extrusion.

Possibly was. Have got prints to original quality again bypassing the MMU2S upgrade (disconnected data cable, PTFE, and spool holder back on frame) and going and retightening and checking everything (did have a bondtech gear that had slid and X pulley not as tight as it should have been).

Upgraded PTFE tubing and festo pass throughs have now arrived in the mail, so time to tackle prints for upgraded buffer, MMU, and selector. Will one day get this working smoothly..
