MMU2S won't load
I've got filament in the tubes and ready to load, but when I ask the unit (using the printer's LCD) to load filament 1, nothing happens. The correct location is chosen but the pulley motor doesn't do anything. I've re-verified all the connections so I'm wondering if there's a way to tell the unit to just turn that stepper on to verify it's functional. Thoughts?

Update: I was able to load two filaments by removing the PTFEtubes from the MMU, making sure some filament protruded last the end, and reinserting them. Could under no circumstances was I able to get the filament through the tube while it was in place.
