MMU2S Filament Drag/Click
If I do a single filament Prusa PETG print and lift the idler bearing, the print is PERFECT. There is no drag, there are no clicks, and there is no sudden drips of filament gushing out of the hotend from the constant bursts.
I have taken this whole thing apart and can't figure out exactly where the issue lies.
When I print ANY of the filaments, 1-5, there is drag on the filament. I get a "click' then a nice drip of filament from the hot end. It's been impossible to get a clean print from this thing and I have been messing on and off for nearly 6 months now.
So that narrows it down a lot, but what could it be? The gears are clean, I tried lining them all up again. Maybe the stepper isn't spinning at the right speed? I just don't know so I'm seeing if someone else out there has any ideas.
