MMU load failed when First Layer Calibration
Happy New Year!
After one month experience of Single material of i3 MK3S, I assemblyed the MMU2S today. But when I did the First Layer Calibration, I just got the MMU load failed error message, and my printer could not work.
Before the error coccured, I saw the filament went through the PTFE tube of the extruder. And I even saw through the hole in the extruder-idler (door) that the filament could arrive at the Bondtech gear, but after the Bondtech gear turned some circles, the MMU2S unit pulled back the filament. And then, the printer loaded the filament again, after about 3 times of failure, the LCD gave me a MMU load failed error message.
I tried hard some solutions in the handbook, but I could not fix this problem.
Hope someone can help me.
Thanks.

@joantabb
I prepared five PLA filaments and loaded them all into the MMU2S unit as the instructions of the handbook. And then I tried to do the First Layer Calibration, but it failed with the error message "MMU load failed".
RE: MMU load failed when First Layer Calibration
I have fixed this problem.
The immediate cause is "Excessive tightening of the idler screws"
