MK3S MMU2s Upgrade - 1st Layer Troubleshoot
MMU2s feeds/loads great.
MK3 had worked great prior to upgrade.
Run calibration wizard, passes all tests(IR sensor test included), until first layer/zig zag print.
Extruder doesnt move at all, but still extrudes material creating a blob that grows bigger and bigger, making me have to make an emergency stop/reboot. No fail detected on printers end.
Havent been able to find any solutions. Similar thread says SOLVED, but there is no answer given.
Anyone else run into this issue? Any tips/solutions? Thanks for any assistance.

Huh. I'm came here to post that I'm having the exact same problem. I have no idea how to resolve it. Blob just grows at 0,0,0 until I reset the printer.

I had a look at https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/original-prusa-i3-mmu2s-mmu2-assembly-and-first-prints-troubleshooting/first-layer-calibration-stucked/ and it seemed my IR sensor in the MMU was off. Fixed that. Of course now...other issues 🙂
