Configuring new version of Octoprint (1.3.12) to load filament in MMU2/MMU2S
This is a heads up from another post. The newest version of Octoprint (version 1.3.12) filters out filament load commands unless you configure the printer as multiple extruder/shared nozzle. If you are using Octoprint 1.3.12 or later, you need to configure this:
Settings->Printer Profiles->Edit Printer Profile->Hotend & extruder
- Number of Extruders: 5
- Shared Nozzle: Checked

I have done that in Octoprint 1.4.0 and still get the error for incorrect number of nozzles. Anything else to check?
