5 flashing lights
Hi all,
I'm new to the Prusa world, but I need to become an expert for my job. We have the MK3S and the MMU2s kit that was installed before I got here. For the life of me I couldn't get the MMU to load and print. So I took it off and was able to print different materials without the MMU just fine, so the problem is with the MMU and not the printer. Today I decided to put the MMU back on, it seemed fine until I went to load filament. The selector/FINDA probe won't move at all, and without having filament near the MMU the 5 flashing red lights happen. It boots up normally, clicking sounds when it turns on and all, but won't do anything when I try to load filament. If anybody has any sort of insight as to what's going on, I would appreciate it greatly.
RE: 5 flashing lights
Hello! To me it sounds like there is either filament inside the FINDA, or the FINDA probe itself is not properly adjusted. See this video for more info:
RE: 5 flashing lights
agreed. 5 orange/red lights means something is in the selector. if they are orange/red and green, the manual says that's a power issue.
