Electronics shop , but you cannot buy individual pins.  You can buy connectors or terminal parts - but your (totally unsupported, outdated ) RPI0 should already have the terminals - all you need is the cable with the header attached.

That depends which version you bought - they are available without for those who need a low profile and don't mind soldering direct.   It's neither unsupported nor outdated BTW, Prusa are planning to use a lot more of them, horses for courses...

Any electronic equipment supplier will be able to source the pins but you might face a large minimum order...

For hobbyists (us) try Adafruit or Pimoroni.

And the headers generally come in a 25 or 50 pin length that you cut down. You'll play heck finding a 16 pin version for sale.

Yeah, I've sort of decided to get a Raspberry Pi 3 and just hook it up via the USB port.

I got it off of amazon.  I ended up going with the full RPI 3B that I have laying around instead.

I'm an old hoarder, so I have a box of wirewrap DIP sockets and I was able to pull pins from them, they were just right. Find an old EE person and rummage through their junk box. In the '80s this is how prototypes were made. Anyone remember wirewrap?

If you're going to add a Zero, you might as well upgrade to the pi3A+.  Highly recommend it.

Maybe I'll upgrade at some point, I have a pi4, but for now the Zero works fine for my needs. I just want to be able to load and print parts without the SD during development, and the Zero with OctoPrint does that fine. I still use SD for final product so I have the native power fail feature.
