Wham Bam flex plate and Super Pinda
I am only seeing a reference in the resin printing for these.
Prusa recommends 2 sided sheets, but can a magnetic add to the bed work with the Super Pinda?

Wham Bam! appears to list a PEX covered steel flex plate for the Prusa Mk3 series, which will also fit the Mk2.5s. Several vendors sell compatible flex plates for Prusa Mk3 series.
The SuperPinda detects the steel build plate, not so much the magnets. It's an Inductive sensor, kind of like a metal detector.
A word of caution if using single-sided build plates, which do actually work fine:
Any sharp edges or burrs on the bottom side of the build plate can damage and short out the printed circuit bed heater. So, if using a 3rd party build surface, make sure the bottom side is smooth.

Actually the calibration procedure of the mk3(s(+)) detects traces on the heated bed ("calibration Points"). You might want to redo the calibration after a (maybe tough) transport.
So it is not a good idea to add something on top of the bed...

This is only partially correct. The INITIAL calibration detects specific spots on the bed which is why it moves to those locations and does the circling movements.
Once initial calibration is done and stored though the daily live z detection works on the steel content of the printing sheet and NOT those bed locating points. Keri is quite correct about that. The PINDA is an inductive sensor and will react to any metal that causes a change in the magnetic field.

As I said: Calibration after a (rough) Transport. So redoing skrew compensation, checking everything etc. - the whole stuff. I never said you need it for first layer calibration.
