Water Cooling the hot end

I oftentimes print with materials at higher temperatures such as CF poly at 275C , but I also print TPU occasionally. I noticed especially on very long prints heat creep becomes a real issue and results in endless jams. So I decided to design and create a custom water cooled hot End. That I could retrofit using standard V6 equipment.   I've been using it now for over 6 months and I am absolutely amazed at the result. I no longer have any jams or heat creep even printing soft TPU. I only use hardened steel nozzles and the only modification to the printer itself besides the addition of the water cooling equipment,  is the modification of the hot end to create a water flow jacket,  and only a slight modification to the hot end Mount to accommodate the extra diameter .

Very interesting.  I have thought about doing this myself.  Thank for sharing your results.

I am interested in this!

I have had water cooled computers for 15 years.

Did you mill that cooler yourself?
