Successful Bed Leveling Improvement (Mod for Nylon Mod)
Hello Friends,
We all know the ( https://www.reddit.com/r/prusa3d/comments/bp440f/full_guide_to_doing_nylock_mod_if_you_havent_you/)
Nylon nut hack wich let you ajust the Print Surface next to perfect.
I toke that tutorial and changed sone things to make it even better.
Changes:
1: Instead of using nylon secure nuts i used DIN980 Metal secure M3 Nuts ( https://schrauben-expert.de/DIN-980-Locking-Nut-M3-Stainless-Steel-A2) They do not age as fast as 985 nuts.
2: Used 1 DIN 915 Screw M3x40 and a DIN980 Nut M3 for the Center Location to fix the Heatbed from underneath.
The Tutorial how to do it is nearly the same but i had to make
"M45 Z" wich is the Standard Settings>Kalibration>Kali Z (with just 9 Cal. Points)
Before i did the G80 and G81. Due to the Issue that the Printer told me at some point.
"Bed leveling failed. Sensor triggered too high." in Proterface
Happy Printing.
