RPI Zero W not booting
I tried this https://help.prusa3d.com/en/article/prusaprint-rpi-zero-and-octoprint_2180 and got nothing on the wireless so I got a mini HDMI adapter so I could see what was going on. I used the USB micro port to supply power. The micro SD card imaged and verified perfectly (according to the program). I was wondering why recommend a 16GB disk when the process is complete I had 12 GB of unformatted area.Changed the 4 lines and put in the root password and booted. https://www.screencast.com/t/TvNCmyBd8Q is what I got. IT says unable to mount root file system.

Kernel Panic is usually caused by a bad uSD card. After verifying did you dismount it properly?
Reinstall the uSD and try again.

The RPi Zero W is NOT recommended and is specifically called out as NOT SUPPORTED for OctoPrint
Are you getting the boot errors even when powering the RPi with a proper dedicated power supply?
The RPi Zero looks like a really neat solution, but even the Prusa knowledgebase you linked to notes that it's underpowered. There are a number of reasons beyond video problems with using the RPi Zero W directly mounted to the Mk3, and the developer of OctoPrint has gone to great lengths to specifically recommend against it.
I don't understand why Prusa won't take that page down. The Zero causes a lot of heartbreak and wasted time. I get it: The Zero is very cool to play with. It's just not the best fit for this use.

Some progress
Thank you. It looks like maybe I did not because windows complained when I inserted the disk to reflash.
It is curious that it booted and went through and adjusted everything and I was able to connect using the v4 ipaddress. When I powered it on again it only listed v6 addresses but I was able to connect using octopi.local.
Then I put it in the printer and cannot connect to the network so I am thinking there must be a soldering error where it is not getting power. Will continue to check on that.
As to the power of the Zero. I only wanted wireless connection and I like the idea of integration of the board. One big drawback I see is that I cannot connect a video cable to see the boot progress (or lack of it).
