RPI zero 2 W, ready to install, where does it go?

After months of waiting for the 2W, I have it flashed, with the header soldered in, the mounting spacer printed, etc.
But I can't figure out where it goes. It looks like it goes into the system box, but there is only one allen bolt head visible.
The rest of the bolts connect to nuts that are embedded into the case. I removed the one allen head bolt and the back cover can be removed. Does the  Zero 2 W go into that side? or is there some magic way to remove the case side? Or maybe it goes into the power-supply box on the other side of my MK3's bed?

I'm so confused and this has to be obvious to the rest of the world.

I thought I had, but clearly I missed the part about cutting out the plastic of the cover.

Thanks
