Remixed Idler Door - extruder clicking and under-extrusion
Some of us experience a misaligned idol gear axle that slips out of alignment over time. This causes the idol gear to slip and click creating under-extrusion. I made a remix of the PRUSA Idler Door where I modified the axle supports. The modification eliminates any possibility of the axle shifting during printing by ensuring the axle is always in the optimal "non-clicking" position. I have been using the part for some time now (over 100 print hours) and it is working perfectly so far.

like this remix, had some issues inserting the pin on my prints of this and breaking the ears, looks like this would solve that issue. Will try it out.
edit: Got mine installed and running, seems to work great and no issues installing the pin.
