Yes. Maybe don't install a lot of plugins right at the start, but one at at a time to see if it slows down too much. And some plugins tax the cpu more than others. But everything faster than a Pi Zero (first gen) should be okay.

I run Klipper with input shaping and control via Octoprint with a Pi 3b+ on my Voron 0.1. Couldn't see any performance issues so far.
Should work fine for your purpose too.

Please note that the Raspberry Pi Zero and Zero W are not recommended explicitly since severe performance issues were observed,
caused by the WiFi interface when bandwidth is utilized (e.g. the webcam is streamed), negatively impacting printing quality
