Prusa Enclosure : What happens if the filament spool falls off the spool holders ?
Hi,
I've made an enclosure for my Prusa MK3S+ by following the suggested design with Ikea tables ( https://blog.prusaprinters.org/cheap-simple-3d-printer-enclosure_7785/).
Sometimes the spool falls off the holder during the prints. Also sometimes, the spool is not wound properly and gets stuck. In both cases, the printer can't unroll the spool.
Until now, I've made only supervised prints over the day so when I hear a weird noise, I run to the printer and pause immediately the ongoing print until the issue is resolved. I'm going to print larger parts which will need to be printed over nights with nobody around the printer.
Could something bad happen (printer breaks, fire,...) or does the Prusa MK3S+ have some safety mechanisms to stop printing if it must pull too hard to get some filament ?
Thanks for your inputs
