proper bond tech pfte tube length

having issues with filament jam, have a 41 mm pfte tube used and still getting material jam. bond tech upgraded extruder, stock head,  .6 mm nozzle.  esun dragon red fillament

What filament?  Where is the jam?

According to Bondtech's website, the length of the PTFE tube should be the same as for the stock extruder.

If the PTFE Tube you took from your MK2.5S / MK3S is still good, you can use it and keep the one we send as a spare.

If you need to cut a new one, their instructions are:

While inserted, cut the PTFE Tube at 6,30mm from the Hotend's metal face.

They also have a cutting fixture you can download a print at the link below which helps you cut the PTFE tube to the correct length.

Did you update your firmware after you installed the Bondtech extruder using the firmware from their site:
