Printing Chocolate

My son is fascinated with my MK3s and wants to start a chocolate printing business.

Any thoughts/experience with a replacement extruder that can do this?

I've seen this "Baricuda" on Thingiverse:

Anyone have advice on where to start/what to try/what actually works?

Thanks!
Dave

Re: Printing Chocolate

MK3 is a complete waste of money for this purpose. Pick any inexpensive Chinese clones and modify it to your needs. For example Ender3 or CR-10 depending on the size requirements.

But this doesn't really answer my question. What parts are recommended for doing this? Does anyone have experience doing this and what do you recommend (MK3 vs Ender not withstanding).

I'm trying to say that this is maybe a wrong place where you would get much feedback in regards to this topic.
This is more the printer you want for this purpose: https://zmorph3d.com/
