Octoprint(Prusaprint) firmware update settings for onboard rpi zero

I have a Octoprint (prusaprint) running on my raspberry pi w zero that is integrated into the einsy case of my mk3s using the gpio headers.
I installed the Octoprint-FirmwareUpdater plugin to be able to update my firmware using octoprint.

Somehow i cannot figure out the correct settings for my setup. When googling i get quite some results regarding those FirmwareUpdater setting, but most lack which setup they use and seem to be related to USB connected Raspberrys.

The settings look like this:

Most posts online tell one to use avrdude and ATmega2560. I tried setting the programmer type to "wiring", "arduino", "linuxgpio" without luck.

Anyone knows who to setup this correctly?

Thanks in advance.
