need noob help with octoprint and 2 usb cams
before anyone says anything. the 2 cams are not on the controller pi. (mmm controller pie)…
so I get the general idea of setting the video0 and video1 but for the life of me I cant find a file that looks right.
or do I just type it in to see if it works then later put it in a config file?
both cams work. almost reminds me of learning DOS. the light bulb over my head is lit, just 1 watt 😀
p.s.
i think I can just do it with the mjpg-streamer settings where ever that file is...

From your description, it seems like you are using OctoPi. You can edit /boot/octopi.txt and follow this guide: https://discourse.octoprint.org/t/available-mjpg-streamer-configuration-options/1106

so all those settings just go inoctopi.txt? ive seen that guide but none of the guides ever show setting up video0 and 1 output. but i will try it i guess
