I still am not sure how I will move and remount the power supply. Did anyone else have trouble with that step?

It works, but there will be tension on the cables if you place the printer in the middle of the table.

Same experience here - the cables are quite short, but if you carefully guide them tightly around the power supply and through the cable guide in the conical part they are just long enough to position the printer close to the front and a little to the left in the enclosure.
Not really ideal but it works.

I may be able to offer some assistance:

1) I used the power supply bracket from the original enclosure files and it works ok. However, my cable routing does not follow the hole cut for it in the left rear bottom bracket. I just routed my cable under the plexiglass. You can see my posts in the official enclosure post (near the end) for reference. I had to do that because I put a paver under the printer ( which you will need for fast infill vibration reduction - it gets a bit loud) after I assembled it. Someone may have posted a remix of the brackets to Thingiverse which solves the problem of the wire routing, but I already did mine and it was too late during assembly. Someone actually put in a port in the bottom of the enclosure to solve that problem if i remember correctly. It is on thingiverse...

Yes, you should open the box and disconnect the wires in the rambo cover case (step 23 and 32 of section 8 of the assembly instructions). PSU and Heatbed power cables, a phillips screw for each, and the power panic plug, a snap plug, are removed. Mark each cable first to ensure you do not reassemble incorrectly first!! It seems scary, but it is really easy as long as you put a piece of tape on each cable first to mark for reassembly and ensure to re-tighten the screws upon reassembly in the right places. Dont forget the power panic plug too.

This will allow you to put the printer in the enclosure (with the top off of course) and line up the power supply to route to the printer without issue. Then you mark and drill for the PSU supports and put in the screws in the PSU support and rewire to the printer as you see fit. use the back left leg of the enclosure as you are facing the front. I have mine on the back side of the back left leg. It may be doable to use the left side of the back left leg but i could not figure it out...

2) Not sure you want to use that heat bed cover with a MK3.... You should read the comments on that thingiverse post. You could try these 60 degree covers instead. That is what I am using. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2890592 or https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2964580 . I am using the first one without issue for months now.

1) I'm trying to disconnect the power supply to attach it outside the enclosure, but the wires coming out of the power supply are so short, it doesn't look like I will have room to move the power supply away from the printer. How did other people solve this? Did you have to rewire everything?

2) I can't find the printed parts to replace the heat bed cable cover with the right angle version, and I also couldn't find the right angle part used to replace the power supply. Neither of these seem to be included with the Thingiverse files. I looked here ( https://www.prusa3d.com/prusa-i3-printable-parts/ ), but couldn't find them there either. Could someone show me where to find these files?

Any help would be appreciated! I spent some time working on my enclosure, so I hope I'm able to finish it!

I cut the power cables and extended them a bit.
At the same time I also fitted a plug on the cables. This way I can unplug the printer from the power supply and take it out of the enclosure for maintenance, without having to take apart anything else.

I drilled a hole through the top of the supporting table, so the cables had a shorter, more direct route to the PSU.

No need to modify cables and it works very nicely.
