#$@! mystery filament revisited

A while ago I posted about a mystery filament that came in a box from Amazon.  I was trying to buy see thru red PETG in amazon basics brand - and I got a roll that had some kind of off-white filament wound on the spool.  Definitely wasn't clear red, and it was not PETG (would not stick to petg in a multi-color print).  We discussed it here and decided to try printing it as ASA - and I got a fan shroud.  I installed that fan shroud last week and after a week, it is dripping on the edges and bending.  I'm printing another fan shroud in what is known to be good ABS as I write this. Hopefully the ASA fan shroud will hold up long enough to finish that print.

I like the MK3S fan shroud mod that I downloaded from prusa print library - it prints with more cooling than the stock shroud - but saggy melty fan shroud is not good for print quality.

I still don't know what that roll of stuff from amazon could be - I printed a wheel with it and hope that holds up.  I could just throw it out.  Hmm.

If it is melting with normal printing, it is not ASA.  PC Blend printing can cause fan shroud warping and drooping for some ASAs.  This must be some sort of PETG or equivalent.  This is peculiar.
