MK3S LGX Shortcut Mosquito / XYZ cal moves nozzle off the bed
Hello,
I recenly upgraded to the LGX and installed the FW from here successfully:
(If you are using stock or Slice’s 300C thermistor and EINSy10A board)

During the calibration wizard, i notice the nozzle is moving off the front left of the bed when doing the circles until it ultimately catches the paper and i have to power off. You can see the nozzle clearly off the bed in the pic. How can i correct this please?
I think i need to tweek the pinda probe a bit more. I measured 1.5mm from the bed while nozzle touching bed.

Something is off. Mine does not do that. Although mine is the Standard Bondtech with Mosquito.

I think that you mounted incorrectly the Mosquito.
See below Bondtech tutorial video on youtube. The wires of thermistor/heatblock must be paralel to the hotend fan and in your photo they're rotated 90º

So I noticed this in the video as well but the hotend adaptor that was given only goes on one way and I can't unscrew it to rotate it.

If you purchased the LGX directly from Bondtech, perhaps you should contact them and explain the situation. Either they sent you a wrong hotend adaptor or possibly you're missing something.

Ok so this may be normal for the mosquitto version. See this note on the second video featuring the instructions for shortcut copperhead
"Video shows a LGX Shortcut Copperhead.When using the LGX Shortcut Mosquito, insert the heater and thermistor from the left hand side (while facing the LGX front)."
