MK3S LCD & SD Card to Rambo Board Pinout Schematic
Hi.
Does anyone know where I can find the schematic/pinout of the control panel?
I want to extend the LCD and SD card cable by 100mm/200mm so I can mount the control panel in a different location.
I want to use a thicker cable something like 18-22AWG to reduce the risk of voltage drops so I can continue to use the SD card slot when needed (I will be using Octoprint mostly).

Do not use different wire. Ribbon cable is made a certain way to maintain a characteristic impedance of about 120 ohms. Ribbon wires can run a very long distance, by design. Just find a length of ribbon you need, terminate with the same connectors, and plug it in. If really worried, you can try finding shielded ribbon and figure out a ground method for the shells, but that's probably above your pay grade. So stick with the simple method.
