MK3S Cyclodal Extruder Mod
I designed cycloidal extruder inspired by Prusa XL. (But Prusa change their extruder cycloidal gear box to planetary gear box)
This extruder is under development and under test.
I tested several gear ratio 16:1 to 5:1 and finally I selected 5:1 gear ratio.
Because Einsy RAMBO board is 8bit controller and it is very low performance.
E-STEP value is very sensitve and 8bit Einsy board can not control 0.9 deg nema14 stepper.
Einsy board is not recommend E-Step value is over 1000.
5:1 Gear ratio can control E-Step value under 1000. ( U-Step is 8 and E-Step is 700 )
When I finish development I'll open this project to Printables.
This extruder support mmu2s.
