LGX Mosquito Shortcut blockage

After 3 weeks this has completely jammed solid and I can't find any instructions on how to strip this. It looks like I will have to take apart the entire assembly to access the hot end. The multi-function interface that mounts the hot end is at the back, completely obstructed by the extruder mount. Has anyone else had a blockage and figured out a way to remove it without resorting to complete disassembly?

Photos might help.  Is it inside the hotend or outside? If just the extruder and not melted, you can disassemble it.

It is inside but it is totally inaccessible so I have taken the issue up with Bondtech. Slice Engineering didn't want to know in the end and passed me back to Bondtech. IMO this is an awful design because it is essentially modular but in adapting it as an upgrade for the MK3 the "multi-function adapter" is inaccessible unless the entire assembly is taken apart - I mean off the rails and everything, just for a blockage. I read a post where someone else bemoaned the maintenance aspect of the design but I can't find it again. What's worse is that Bondtech seem to have no procedure or guidance in place for routine maintenance or troubleshooting and Slice Engineering seem to regard it as a Bondtech product, so I really would advise against considering this as an upgrade at the moment until Bondtech or Slice Engineering take some responsibility.

Ok, just so that I don't continue to push bad information, the access to the multi-function adapter is indeed possible by removing the fans and the 2 screws that pass through the back of the rear mount into the front mount. There is a countersunk screw on one side that is easily missed and will prevent the mount from coming off - this was my mistake. It does not require complete disassembly and removing the mount off the bearings!

I have managed to remove the blockage, which was caused by a small chunk of material lodged in the extruder gears. Unfortunately, I am still having horrendous issues with this product and Bondtech are no longer responding.

RE:

Could you be more precise about those issues?.

I installed a LGX + Mosquito combo on my MK3S+ and I can't be happìer with this setup. Absolutely zero problems with heat creep. clogs or jams. Mine is the standard Mosquito version, and the integration of the LGX into the Prusa X-carriage makes it very easy to remove the whole extruder in a few seconds, if needed.

Taking a look at the Mosquito shorcut version, it seems to be dedicated  for printing soft flex filaments, because of the very short distance beetween the gears of the extruder and the heatblock. I don't like much that design, Apart from being more difficult to disassemble, I'm not convinced on the efficiency of a system with a side mounted heatsink to cool down the heatbreak. At first glance, heat creep might be a problem, but nothing better than hear from somebody like you, with direct experience on the matter.

@Artur5 I am getting constant blockages in the extruder.

Well, this is exactly what I brought up with Bondtech and Slice. Unfortunately Bondtech is adamant that it is suitable for all materials and hence an upgrade for the MK3. Slice doesn't make the same claim. Bondtech have since given up and just told me to return it at a potential charge of 25% of the product cost. This in addition to postage and what I have already paid over and above the product cost (shipping, duty, etc.) is an insult. I originally wanted the standard Mosquito but was waived at the last minute by the promise that it was a suitable upgrade. It is actually the only one recommended after following the upgrade by manufacturer tool. On the other hand, it is not recommended by the equivalent Slice tool but I only found out after running into issues and approaching Slice for a solution.

Do not consider this as an upgrade for the MK3.
