Improved fan shroud for the MK3S+

I'm looking for a way to improve part cooling when using larger nozzles (1.0,1.4). I've found a few but would appreciate recommendations.

There was a recent thread with some ideas:

https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/original-prusa-i3-mk3s-mk3-user-mods-octoprint-enclosures-nozzles/anyone-willing-to-print-a-different-abs-fan-shroud-for-me/

Over the last few weeks, I've tried a few designs but frankly, I'm back to stock on all my printers now.

Not saying that there aren't any situations in which alternative designs may perform better, I just didn't see any differences at all in the standard overhang tests. In fact, some of these "upgrades" performed worse... I ran all tests on the standard 0.4mm nozzle, so obviously YMMV with a larger nozzle.

Formerly known on this forum as @fuchsr -- until all hell broke loose with the forum software...

thanks!

Thank you! I'm committing to keeping this printer stock unless I have a specific issue I need to solve. Btw if you want to play around with big nozzles, the new ones from Bondtech are fantastic. It's amazing to print in vase mode with 2mm walls! And I'm getting an extra 5mm^3/s with the stock extruder and hotend.
