How to adjust nozzle gap?
I've changed out my nozzle many times in the 3 years I've owned my Mk3S, each time with no problems, and a resulting ~1mm gap between the nozzle and the heater block when the nozzle is screwed in tight. Today, I removed my E3D hardened steel nozzle to go back to the Brass nozzle (also genuine E3D, and one that I've used before). Only now the nozzle is tight to the heater block without a gap. I suspect the heat break has moved up during the screwing/unscrewing of the nozzle.
How do you reposition the heater break, and what is its optimum position?

It's a lot easier to do all this with the hotend removed from the printer.
- Screw the nozzle in until it has just a bit more than your desired < 1mm gap.
- Hand tighten the heatbreak in against the nozzle inside the heater block.
- Reassemble the hotend.
- Heat to 285C and do final tightening of the nozzle against the heatbreak.

@bobstro
That was so straight forward and easy to do. Thanks!
